Alleged N2.2bn fraud: Fayose may be arrested for threatening agency’s witness, says EFCC

A Federal High Court in Lagos was told on Friday that former Ekiti State Governor Ayodele Fayose  may be arrested as he threatened and compromised an Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) witness in his N2.2 billion alleged fraud trial. EFCC counsel, Mr Rotimi Jacobs, SAN told Justice C.J. Aneke that Fayose secretly met with and threatened a bullion van driver with Zenith Bank, Ado-Ekiti branch, Mr Adewale Aladegbola.
